This Wild Specialty Beer delivers a vivid sensory journey, marrying the rustic funk of wild fermentation with an intense, vinous fruit character. The aroma is dominated by dark berries and grape must, accented by the earthy barnyard notes of Brettanomyces and a sharp, clean lactic tang. At 8% ABV, it carries a robust structure unusual for the style, offering deep flavors of blackcurrant and plum. The collaboration with Nama Brewing results in a sophisticated balance where vibrant acidity and fruit-derived tannins meet a bone-dry, effervescent finish, creating a powerful yet elegantly drinkable expression of modern wild brewing.
Appearance. Deep purple to magenta with a slight haze; pours with a thin, pink-tinted head that dissipates quickly, leaving minimal lacing.
