Deep Ink is a vibrant American IPA that pours a brilliant lemon-yellow with a compact, snowy-white head. The aromatic profile is an intense explosion of tropical and citrus notes, featuring prominent layers of gooseberry, pineapple, and passion fruit, rounded out by pink grapefruit and papaya. On the palate, these bold tropical flavors remain dominant, supported by a clean, light malt presence. While maintaining the firm bitterness expected of the style, the clever use of oats and maltodextrins creates a distinctive mouthfeel that is remarkably soft and silky, leading into a smooth, fruity finish without any harshness.
