Appearance. Deep gold to light amber (6-9 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, creamy white head showing excellent retention and delicate lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Pronounced wildflower honey and floral nectar notes are immediate, layered over a backdrop of crackery, grainy malt. Light fruity esters of apple and pear are present, alongside a subtle spicy hop aroma.

Al naso il sentore di miele è evidente, accompagnato da note fruttate che ricordano l’uva fragola, l’erbaceo e una lieve sensazione balsamica. In bocca è rotonda e ritornano le note mielate percepite all’olfatto ma con una più spiccata percezione del castagno. Nonostante la decisa impronta dell’ingrediente caratterizzante (miele di castagno ) mantiene facilità di beva lasciando la bocca pulita con una lieve nota amara.
