La vera passione per questo prodotto nasce già nel 2006 in un piccolo garage, quando armati solo di qualche pentola cominciamo a sperimentare e a scoprire il mondo della birra. Da allora, la strada del nostro birrificio artigianale è stata lunga e piena di avventure. Viaggi, assaggi e continui confronti con altri colleghi e appassionati, ci hanno spinto a una continua ricerca nella perfezione delle birre.
Negli anni le ricette che abbiamo prodotto ormai quasi non si contano. Molti sono i concorsi che abbiamo vinto sia in Italia che all’estero: con nostra grande soddisfazione, siamo arrivati ad essere riconosciuti tra i migliori produttori a livello nazionale. Un esempio è il nostro progetto di birre a fermentazione spontanea, che è al momento il più in vista nel nostro paese.
Il segreto delle nostre birre artigianali?
Dopo un attento studio delle ricette, selezioniamo le migliori materie prime e prestiamo grande cura nella lavorazione. Tutte le nostre birre non sono pastorizzate ne filtrate, cerchiamo così di evitare al massimo il rischio di rovinare i nostri prodotti e di alterarne le proprietà organolettiche. Solo così possiamo versare nel bicchiere con un prodotto genuino al 100%!
Tutta la fase produttiva è particolarmente sensibile alla salvaguardia dell’ambiente che ci circonda: per questa ragione il Birrificio Artigianale BioNoc’ è uno dei pochi birrifici in Italia ad essere alimentato solo ed esclusivamente da energia proveniente da fonti rinnovabili.
Le nostre birre si possono trovare in tutta Italia, ma la sede produttiva rimane ai piedi delle maestose Pale di San Martino, nel piccolo borgo di Mezzano di Primiero, in Trentino.
Il birrificio è sempre aperto a chi volesse visitarlo: Fabio e Nicola sono sempre a vostra disposizione, uniti per un unico scopo… diffondere la cultura birraia!!!
