Birreta Penya del moro

Stout 7 º
Birreta Penya del moro is a bold and complex American Stout that captures the rugged essence of its namesake peaks through its intense, dark profile. This jet-black ale pours with a dense, persistent tan head, offering a striking visual contrast. The aroma is dominated by high-intensity roasted notes of espresso and dark chocolate, accented by a subtle, resinous hop character. On the palate, a profound malt depth reveals layers of strong roasted coffee and earthy licorice, balanced by a firm bitterness and a touch of sweetness from the inclusion of flaked barley. The finish is lingering and dry, supported by a medium-full, creamy mouthfeel and a smooth, integrated alcohol warmth.
