This Italian craft interpretation of an American Amber Ale presents a striking copper-red profile built on a 100% barley malt foundation. The sensory journey begins with an inviting off-white creamy head that releases a balanced bouquet of rich caramel and subtle piney hop notes. On the palate, the beer delivers an intense malty sweetness that quickly evolves into a complex layer of toasted grains and resinous hops. Appearance. Deep amber to coppery-brown with a noticeable reddish hue (10-17 SRM). The beer shows a slight haze from being unfiltered, topped with a moderately large, off-white, compact, and creamy head that exhibits excellent retention and lacing.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring a robust caramel malt backbone and light toasty notes. The hop character is low to moderate, displaying citrus and piney qualities. Subtle fruity esters are present from the top-fermentation, providing a clean yet complex aromatic profile.
