The sensory experience is defined by an explosive bouquet of tropical and stone fruits, specifically highlighting vivid notes of peach, apricot, and pineapple. While the malt bill provides a soft, rounded initial palate, the beer maintains its stylistic integrity with a characteristically dry and crisp finish. At 6.2% ABV, it balances modern fruit-forward intensity with a clean fermentation profile, offering a bright and approachable expression of New World hop varieties that remains decidedly hop-forward.
Appearance. Medium gold color with a slight, modern haze. It is topped by a persistent, medium-sized white head with good lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent tropical and stone fruit notes of pineapple, peach, and apricot. A low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a subtle foundation, while the fermentation profile remains neutral and clean.
Taste. Initial impression is hop-dominant with flavors of peach, apricot, and pineapple. A medium-high bitterness provides a firm structure against a low, grainy malt backdrop. The finish is medium-dry to dry, leaving a lingering hoppy and clean bitter aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium body with a noticeably smooth, rounded texture. Carbonation is medium-high, and there is a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth with no astringency.
