This modern Italian Grape Ale artfully incorporates 30% fresh Verdicchio must, creating a sophisticated bridge between craft beer and fine wine. The sensory profile is defined by a refined, clean fermentation that highlights elegant fruity esters of peach and apricot alongside intense white floral aromas. The integration of Verdicchio provides a distinct vinous depth that complements the lean malt structure. On the palate, the high glycerol content introduces an unexpected, velvety softness, smoothing any edges, while a total lack of residual sugar results in a bone-dry, crisp finish. This balance makes the beer remarkably refreshing and drinkable while maintaining a complex, nuanced character.

Appearance. Straw yellow with bright white reflections (3-4 SRM); veiled to hazy clarity. Pours with a thick, creamy, ivory-colored head with moderate to good retention and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity aroma characterized by a sophisticated blend of vinous Verdicchio grape must and fermentation esters. Dominant notes of ripe peach, apricot, and intense floral blossoms. Malt is very low and neutral, while hop aroma is absent, allowing the grape and yeast character to be the primary focus.
