This malt-forward character is brightened by an elevated presence of traditional German hops, which impart clear notes of dried wildflower and spicy noble herbs. Appearance. 3-5 SRM. Pale gold and brilliant clarity. Features a persistent, creamy white head with good lacing.

Taste. Initial impression is moderately malty with a suggestion of sweetness. Malt flavors are grainy and soft, leading into a rounded palate. Bitterness is low to medium-low, providing enough support to prevent a cloying finish. Hop flavors of spice and dried herbs are noticeable but secondary to the malt.
