Vecchia Ducale is a sophisticated evolution of the classic Ducale, refined through twenty-four months of oak barrel aging before being blended with its younger counterpart. This process creates a profile reminiscent of a Belgian Oud Bruin, characterized by a complex interplay of sharp lactic acidity and deep red fruit notes like cherry and plum. The extended wood contact imparts subtle tannins and a balsamic depth that complements the sturdy malt backbone.
