The inclusion of oats provides a distinctively silky texture and enhanced body, smoothing out the medium-high bitterness typical of the style. Balanced yet hop-forward, it finishes dry with a lingering resinous and citrus peel aftertaste. Appearance. Medium gold with a slight haze from the oat addition. Features a medium-sized, off-white head with good persistence and light lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma with prominent citrus characteristics including grapefruit, lime, and melon. Low clean, grainy-sweet maltiness supports the hop presentation. Fermentation profile is clean with very low esters.
