Biribil Eguzkilore is a vibrant Hazy IPA that leans into the classic juicy profile through a heavy-handed use of Mosaic and Amarillo hops. The addition of oats creates a characteristic turbidity and a creamy foundation for the Vermont yeast to express deep stone fruit esters. Expect a sensory explosion of ripe mango, blueberry, and zesty tangerine that dominates the palate. The bitterness is purposefully restrained, allowing the soft, pillowy texture to highlight the lush tropical and citrus notes. It finishes with a clean, bready malt sweetness and a lingering impression of fresh-squeezed fruit juice.

Appearance. Hazy to opaque pale gold (4–6 SRM) with a luminous shine. Thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity, bursting with tropical and citrus notes. Prominent mango and stone fruit from the Vermont yeast, accented by blueberry and floral tangerine from the Mosaic and Amarillo hops. Low, bready-sweet malt aroma in the background; no caramel or toast.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor of tangerine and tropical mango supported by a soft, grainy oat malt character. Low perceived bitterness provides a smooth, juice-like balance. Finishes off-dry with a lingering fruity ester profile and clean, neutral fermentation character without hop harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture derived from the oats. Moderate carbonation. No harshness or astringency; subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
