Koekoeksbloem presents as a vibrant Hazy IPA, defined by a refreshing, sun-drenched character perfect for warmer weather. The malt foundation—a trio of barley, wheat, and oats—crafts a soft, pillowy canvas that carries the hop profile without distraction. Expect an explosion of tropical and citrus notes on the nose, leading into a juicy palate reminiscent of stone fruit and ripe mango. The absence of harsh bitterness highlights the smooth, lush mouthfeel provided by the flaked grains. Appearance. Straw to luminous light orange with a heavy, opaque haze and a beautiful shine. It is crowned by a dense, rocky, white meringue-like head with excellent retention and lacing.
