It pairs the classic bready, doughy malt foundation of malted wheat and Pilsner malt with a bold, fruity hop character sourced from Hollands Hophuis. The expected fermentation profile of banana and clove is complemented by bright, contemporary hop notes, creating a complex aromatic layering. At 6.5% ABV, it offers a fuller presence than a standard German wheat beer, while maintaining a refreshing, highly carbonated, and spritzy character that leads to a clean, relatively dry finish that emphasizes its unique hop-forward personality.
Appearance. Pale gold (5 SRM); very thick, moussy, long-lasting white head with excellent lacing; hazy with a distinct yeast shine.
