Eggcited is a vibrant and complex Saison that captures the essence of a farmhouse ale with a floral twist. Brewed with a robust foundation of barley and wheat, this blonde ale presents a rustic, grainy backbone that supports a sophisticated profile driven by three different hoppen and a generous addition of elderflower. The elderflower imparts an elegant, musky floral note that intertwines with the characteristic fruity-spicy yeast esters of pepper and citrus. At 7% ABV, it offers a refined strength, yet remains remarkably dry and effervescent, showcasing the classic high attenuation of the style while highlighting the delicate botanical infusion.

Appearance. Pale gold with a slight haze from the wheat addition; topped by a long-lasting, dense, rocky white head that leaves significant Belgian lace.

Aroma. High intensity aromatic profile featuring spicy black pepper phenols and fruity esters of lemon and pear. The elderflower provides a distinct, sweet floral top note, complemented by low, earthy hop character and a light, grainy wheat malt presence.
