Despite its sessionable strength, it maintains the classic hop-forward character of the style, finishing dry with a clean, grainy malt base that allows the New World hop oils to linger pleasantly on the tongue.
Appearance. Medium gold with brilliant clarity. Pours with a medium-sized, persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent resinous pine and grapefruit from the Simcoe hops, layered with tropical mango and stone fruit notes from Idaho 7. Low, clean, grainy maltiness provides a supportive backdrop with a clean fermentation profile.
