This celebratory American Lager presents a clean and accessible sensory profile, characteristic of the style but tailored for a non-alcoholic experience. It pours a brilliant pale straw with a fine-beaded white head. The aroma is invitingly simple, leading with a low grainy sweetness and a delicate hint of floral hop notes. On the palate, it delivers a neutral, crisp character with a slight corn-like sweetness that is quickly balanced by a mild, clean bitterness. Despite the 0.5% ABV, the mouthfeel remains refreshing and avoids being overly watery, finishing bone-dry and thirst-quenching. Appearance. Very pale straw (2 SRM). Brilliant clarity. White, frothy head with moderate to low persistence and fine lacing.
