Crafted to celebrate the ester isoamyl acetate, the profile is dominated by an intense, ripe banana aroma that merges seamlessly with the rich, toasty character of dark wheat malts. The addition of raw cocoa beans introduces a sophisticated layer of dark chocolate and earthy complexity, grounding the yeast-driven sweetness. At 6.3% ABV, this interpretation offers more depth and presence than a standard example, delivering a playful yet full-bodied sensory experience that balances bready, caramel-driven maltiness with a bold, tropical fruit finish.

Appearance. Deep mahogany brown with a brilliant garnet highlight when held to light. Crowned by a dense, persistent, moussy off-white head that leaves thick lacing. Characteristically hazy from the high wheat content and yeast suspension.
