The 5.8% ABV provides a lean, refreshing structure. Expect a vibrant interplay between pome fruit esters—reminiscent of bruised apple and pear—and a subtle, waxy honey note that enhances the aromatic complexity without adding cloying sweetness. Continental hops contribute an earthy, herbal backdrop. The finish is remarkably dry and effervescent, showcasing the high attenuation typical of the style while leaving a lingering trail of floral nectar and soft, grainy malt. Appearance. Pale gold to light amber in color with a slight, natural haze. Topped by a dense, rocky white head that demonstrates excellent retention and leaves intricate Belgian lacing. Highly effervescent with visible carbonation streams.

Aroma. High intensity with a complex blend of fruity esters and spicy yeast phenolics. Notes of pear, apple, and lemon zest are prominent, followed by a distinct black pepper spiciness.
