Aroma. Moderate intensity with a bready, grainy wheat malt character. Prominent fermentation esters of ripe banana and spicy clove phenols are balanced by light, zesty orange citrus and a hint of herbal coriander.
Taste. Initial impression is bready wheat malt followed by notes of banana and clove. Low hop bitterness (approx. 15 IBU) provides balance without harshness. Finishes crisp and dry with a light, refreshing acidity and no lingering bitterness.
