Explore is a vibrant Hazy IPA defined by a lush, opaque pour and a saturated hop profile. The synergy of Mosaic, Citra, and El Dorado creates an explosive sensory experience. Appearance. Color is a deep straw with an orange hue; opaque and hazy with a characteristic shine. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. Intensity is high, dominated by a cocktail of tropical and citrus fruits. Distinctive notes of pineapple, mango, and passion fruit are complemented by zesty grapefruit and a hint of blueberry. Low grainy-sweet malt provides a neutral backdrop, while fermentation esters are clean and supportive.
Taste. Initial impression is an explosion of fruity hop flavors—ripe melon, stone fruit, and citrus pith. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as low due to the soft body and lack of harshness. Hazy Neipa prodotta in collaborazione con la brasserie francese “Azimut” e realizzata con luppoli Mosaic, Citra ed El Dorado. Un vero succo di luppolo con un intenso bouquet di frutti tropicali maturi (mango, ananas, papaya e frutto della passione) succulente note di pesca, (melone ed albicocca), un po’ di agrumi (limone, arancia e mandarino) ed in background qualche fragranza erbacea tipo "erba appena tagliata". Cremosa, piena ed appagante con una dorsale maltata (sapore di grano e pane) sufficientemente in grado di bilanciare l’amarezza. Finale morbido e vellutato senza alcuna secchezza minerale.
