Bibibir A Springtime is a refreshing Rye Session IPA brewed in collaboration with Basqueland Brewing. This Specialty IPA showcases a vibrant interplay between bright New World hop aromatics and the distinctive spicy character of rye. At a sessionable 4.8% ABV, it leads with aromas of zesty grapefruit and resinous pine, underpinned by a peppery grain note. The palate is defined by a crisp, dry finish and a firm bitterness that highlights the bready malt profile. This balanced beer offers a lean body with a subtle rye-driven texture, making it an ideal choice for springtime refreshment without sacrificing complexity or hop intensity.
Appearance. Deep gold to light copper (6-12 SRM); persistent, frothy white head with excellent lacing; clear to slight hop haze.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring zesty citrus and resinous pine; distinctive spicy, peppery rye malt character; low bready malt notes; clean fermentation profile.
Taste. Initial impression of peppery rye grain balanced by grapefruit and pine hop flavors; moderate-high bitterness; lean bready malt backbone; dry, crisp finish with a lingering clean hop bitterness.
