Appearance. Luminous deep gold to light copper (8-10 SRM) with moderate clarity and a faint, persistent haze. Topped by a dense, off-white head that leaves significant lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of grapefruit zest and sticky pine resin. These are complemented by a unique, pungent herbal character reminiscent of fresh hemp and dried herbs. Low, clean, bready malt sweetness provides a supportive background without esters.
Taste. High hop flavor follows the aroma with layers of citrus peel and resinous sap. The hemp contribution adds an earthy, slightly spicy, and dank complexity. Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture. Carbonation is medium-high, providing a lively prickle. A very subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present at 6.3% ABV, with no astringency.
