Appearance. Deep gold to light amber in color. Brilliant clarity with a dense, persistent white head leaving consistent lacing on the glass.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant resinous pine and citrus zest mingle with distinct earthy, floral, and meadow-grass notes from the wild hops. Low grainy-sweet malt background with a clean fermentation profile.
