Celebrating twelve and a half years of brewing, this English IPA delivers a concentrated "cup of fruit" through its vibrant sensory profile. It pours a clear amber, leading with a moderately high aroma of floral and citrus-orange hops underpinned by bready, biscuity malt. On the palate, a firm bitterness provides a structured counterpoint to fruity esters and toasty malt notes. The experience is defined by its excellent attenuation, resulting in a crisp and very dry finish where lingering hop spice and refined malt character harmonize. This medium-bodied ale remains refreshing and bright, showcasing the elegant balance of traditional British ingredients.

Appearance. Deep golden to light amber with excellent clarity, though a slight haze is present from dry-hopping. It supports a moderate-sized, persistent off-white head with fine lacing.

Aroma. Moderate-high intensity featuring hop-driven notes of floral blossoms and orange peel. Supported by a medium-low bready and slightly toasty malt character with moderate fruity esters reminiscent of ripe orchard fruit.

Taste. Assertive hop bitterness leads into flavors of spicy pepper and citrus. The malt provides a balanced foundation of biscuit and light caramel. It finishes very dry with a lingering, clean bitterness that remains pleasant and free of harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth texture. High carbonation provides a crisp, scrubbing sensation on the tongue. A light, well-integrated alcohol warmth is present.
