Inspired by the traditional Bohemian Lagers of Prague, this Czech Premium Pale Lager delivers a sophisticated sensory experience rooted in tradition. It features a bready-rich malt profile that provides a complex, toasted foundation, harmonizing perfectly with a prominent spicy and floral hop character typical of Saaz varieties. The palate reveals a soft, rounded bitterness that balances subtle caramel undertones, leading into a clean, lingering finish. Appearance. Deep gold color (approximately 5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a dense, long-lasting, creamy white head that exhibits excellent lacing.
Aroma. Moderate to high intensity. Pronounced bready-rich malt character with a complex interplay of spicy and floral hop notes. A very low, background hint of diacetyl adds richness. Esters are absent, ensuring a clean lager profile.
Taste. Initial impression is of rich, bready malt followed by a prominent yet soft and rounded bitterness. The hop flavor is decidedly spicy and floral.
