Zenith is a powerful Double IPA that showcases an intense aromatic profile driven by heavy double dry-hopping with Enigma and Mosaic. The sensory experience opens with a vibrant burst of tropical mango and blueberry from the Mosaic, intricately layered with the unique red currant and crushed grape nuances characteristic of Enigma. Despite its formidable 10% ABV, the beer maintains a clean, lean malt backbone that allows the hops to remain the primary focus. A firm but smooth bitterness balances the subtle fruit sweetness, leading to a remarkably dry and crisp finish for its strength. The appearance is a deep gold with a slight modern haze, topped by a persistent cream-colored head.

Appearance. Gold to light orange (8-10 SRM) with a slight haze from the heavy dry-hopping. Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of passion fruit, blueberry, and mango. Complex secondary notes of red currant, melon, and a hint of resin. Low, neutral grainy malt sits in the background with a clean fermentation profile and a subtle, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors dominated by tropical fruit, berry, and stone fruit. A moderately high bitterness provides a firm structure but lacks harshness or astringency. Low, soft, bready malt character supports the hop-forward balance. The finish is medium-dry with a lingering hoppy aftertaste and a clean, warming alcohol note.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, slightly creamy texture. Medium carbonation. Significant but restrained alcohol warmth is present without being solventy or hot.
