This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant sensory experience defined by its trio of modern hops. Simcoe provides a foundation of bright pine and citrus zest, while Talus introduces complex layers of pink grapefruit and subtle dried rose petals. The addition of Dolcita hops pushes the profile into lush tropical territory, evoking notes of sweet berries and stone fruit. A supportive background of bready malt provides a soft, pillowy canvas for these intense hop oils. The result is a profoundly juicy character with a smooth, rounded mouthfeel that balances high fruit expression against a restrained, integrated bitterness, finishing with a clean, lingering tropical essence.
