This potent Double IPA, a collaboration between Bereta and Ārpus, delivers an aggressive showcase of Mosaic hops. The triple-threat use of Mosaic creates a layered sensory profile defined by high-intensity notes of ripe mango, passion fruit, and earthy blueberries. A supportive, neutral malt backbone allows the complex hop oils to dominate, manifesting as resinous pine and bright citrus zest. Despite its high alcohol content, the finish remains remarkably clean and dry, avoiding heavy sweetness. The resulting character is a vibrant, intensely aromatic experience that balances modern hop saturation with the firm bitterness and drinkability expected of the style.

Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange (8 SRM) with a persistent, creamy white head that leaves significant lacing. Exhibits a slight hop haze typical of heavy dry-hopping, though it retains some translucency.

Aroma. Intense and multifaceted hop aroma featuring prominent notes of tropical fruit, specifically papaya and guava, alongside the distinct blueberry characteristic of Mosaic. Secondary aromas of pine resin and citrus peel are supported by a faint, clean, grainy malt sweetness.

Taste. Initial impression is dominated by complex hop flavors of melon, tropical fruit, and dank resin. The bitterness is firm and moderately high but lacks harshness, balancing a lean, soft malt profile. The finish is dry and crisp, with a lingering bitterness and a clean aftertaste of citrus rind and pine.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, slightly oily texture from the heavy hop saturation. Carbonation is moderate-high, providing a lively mouthfeel. A soft, well-integrated alcohol warmth is noticeable but remains smooth and restrained.
