Layers of tropical mango from Citra are balanced by the classic pine and ruby grapefruit character of Chinook. This interplay creates a lush, juice-like experience underscored by a soft, bready malt base. It pours with a signature luminous haze and offers a pillowy mouthfeel, finishing with a restrained bitterness that highlights the vivid, multifaceted hop expression.
Appearance. Straw to deep gold (SRM 4-6) with an opaque, luminous haze and a creamy, meringue-like white head that leaves persistent lacing.
Aroma. High intensity; dominant notes of lime zest, passion fruit, and gooseberry transition into resinous pine and ripe citrus. Background notes of sweet crackers and doughy malt.
Taste. Explodes with tropical fruit and citrus oils; flavors of lime, white grape, and mango are prominent. Malt provides a neutral, bready support. Bitterness is moderate and smooth, leading to a soft, juicy, off-dry finish.
