Silicon Control is a vibrant Double IPA that showcases an explosive hop profile powered by Ekuanot, Galaxy, and Enigma. A pale gold pour leads into an aromatic intensity of passionfruit and peach from the Galaxy, intertwined with the unique red currant and grape notes of Enigma. Ekuanot adds a layer of lime zest and subtle herbal complexity. The palate is defined by a firm bitterness that remains smooth, supported by a clean, neutral malt base that lets the tropical and berry fruitiness shine. It finishes crisp and dry with a well-integrated alcohol warmth, embodying the punchy yet drinkable spirit of a modern strong ale.

Appearance. Deep gold with a slight, hop-derived haze. Pours with a moderate-sized, persistent white head that leaves consistent lacing on the glass.

Aroma. Intense hop-forward bouquet featuring prominent passionfruit, peach, and tropical melon. Secondary notes of red berries, grape, and a touch of lime zest are present. Malt is neutral and supportive, with a very clean fermentation profile.

Taste. Initial impression is a wave of tropical and stone fruit flavors, followed by a crisp, berry-like tartness. High bitterness is present but remains smooth and lacks harshness. The malt provides a soft, grainy foundation without significant sweetness. Finishes very dry with a lingering citrus and resinous aftertaste.
