Severe Tilt presents a vibrant Hazy IPA profile defined by its lush, tropical complexity. The addition of Sabro and Talus hops creates a unique sensory tapestry, leading with distinct notes of creamy coconut, lime, and ripe stone fruit. The Talus hops contribute subtle accents of pink grapefruit and dried rose petals, which are further brightened by the infusion of fresh Orange Peel. This citrus zest provides a snappy top note against a backdrop of soft, bready malt. The result is a pillowy, juice-forward experience where the massive hop presence is balanced by a restrained, smooth bitterness and a gentle, citrus-inflected finish.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (5 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a bright, luminous shine. Persistent, meringue-like white head with dense lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma. Intoxicating notes of coconut and tropical fruit from Sabro, mingled with grapefruit and floral rose from Talus. Distinctive fresh orange zest and tangerine oil from the orange peel addition. Background malt is neutral and lightly bready.

Taste. Massive tropical hop flavor including mango and pineapple, transitioning into creamy coconut and zesty citrus. The orange peel provides a clean, tangy citrus punch. Low to medium-high perceived bitterness that remains smooth and soft. Malt is supportive and grainy. Finish is soft and off-dry with lingering fruit and no harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with no hop harshness or astringency. Light, well-integrated alcohol warmth.
