Seven Down is a celebratory Hazy IPA marking Bereta’s anniversary with a lush, tropical tapestry. The interplay of Talus and Citra delivers vibrant layers of pink grapefruit and zesty lime, while Simcoe introduces depths of passion fruit and subtle resinous pine. The addition of Sabro CRYO provides a distinctive signature of creamy coconut and ripe stone fruit that rounds out the aromatic profile. Silky and opaque, this beer showcases a soft, pillowy texture that carries intense hop oils across the palate, finishing with a restrained bitterness and a lingering, juicy fruit essence that highlights the modern hop-forward intent.

Appearance. Deep straw to light gold (4-6 SRM); opaque with a characteristic hazy shine; dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring a complex blend of pink grapefruit, mango, passion fruit, and a distinct creamy coconut note. Low bready and grainy malt presence in the background with subtle fruity fermentation esters.

Taste. Massive tropical hop flavors of pineapple, stone fruit, and lime zest. Low bready malt flavor provides a neutral foundation. Medium-low bitterness that is well-integrated and never harsh, leading to a soft, off-dry finish with a persistent juicy aftertaste.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky texture; medium carbonation. Negligible astringency with a very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth that enhances the smooth delivery.
