This Session IPA delivers an explosive sensory profile despite its approachable 3.9% ABV. Heavily hopped with Nectaron, Peacharine, and Manilita, the beer bursts with intense aromas of ripe peach, nectarine, and tropical passionfruit. These specific New Zealand and modern hop varieties provide a complex stone fruit character that dominates the experience. A lean, grainy malt backbone allows the hops to remain the focal point, finishing crisp and dry with a refreshing bitterness. It captures the essence of an American IPA in a lighter, highly drinkable frame, emphasizing vibrant fruit oils and a clean fermentation profile.
Appearance. Pale gold (4-6 SRM) with a large, white, persistent head and fine lacing. Generally clear, though a very slight hop haze is present due to heavy hopping.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring prominent notes of peach, nectarine, and passionfruit from the Nectaron and Peacharine hops. Subtle tropical mango and citrus undertones from Manilita. Malt is low and clean, providing a faint crackery backdrop.
Taste. The palate is led by high hop flavors of stone fruit and tropical citrus. Bitterness is moderate to firm, well-balanced against the lighter malt profile. Malt flavor is low, primarily neutral and grainy. Finish is dry and crisp with a lingering fruity and hoppy aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Light to medium-light body with a smooth texture. Medium-high carbonation provides a refreshing, spritzy character. No alcohol warmth or astringency.
