This commanding Double IPA showcases an intense hop profile driven by heavy dry-hop additions of Citra and Nelson Sauvin. The aroma is saturated with bright citrus zest, crushed white grapes, and passion fruit, while a clean, neutral malt base allows the hop character to dominate. On the palate, a wave of juicy grapefruit and gooseberry is supported by a soft grainy sweetness, leading into a firm, crisp bitterness. Appearance. Pours a deep gold to light orange-copper with a moderate-sized, persistent, white head that leaves consistent lacing. Clarity is mostly clear with a slight haze common to heavily dry-hopped versions.

Aroma. Intensity is high, featuring prominent citrus and tropical fruit from Citra alongside the distinct gooseberry and white wine notes of Nelson Sauvin. Background malt is clean and neutral with a light grainy character. A low, smooth alcohol presence is detectable but lacks any solventy notes.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of grapefruit, lime, and white grape dominate. Bitterness is high but well-integrated and never harsh.
