Pantone Placid Blue is a luminous Hazy IPA that showcases a sophisticated dual-hop profile. The heavy hand of Nelson Sauvin delivers an elegant bouquet of crushed white grapes and gooseberries, while the Idaho 7 contribution grounds the profile with zesty tangerine, resinous pine, and ripe stone fruit. On the palate, the double dry-hopped intensity translates into a saturated fruit juice character supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. It finishes with a gentle, restrained bitterness and a smooth, rounded texture, embodying the quintessential modern juicy profile with clean, vibrant tropicality and a sophisticated hop depth.

Appearance. Hazy, pale gold to soft orange with an opaque, glowing clarity and a luminous sheen. Features a thick, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity featuring prominent notes of white wine grapes, pineapple, and apricot. Subtle zesty citrus and light resinous pine mingle with a neutral, grainy, and slightly bready malt character; clean fermentation with light tropical esters.

Taste. Explosive flavors of tropical passion fruit, peach, and citrus. The malt provides a soft, flour-like graininess that balances a low-to-medium hop bitterness. The finish is clean and off-dry, with lingering notes of white grape and berry without any harshness.
