This Hazy IPA presents a vibrant sensory profile driven by an intensive double dry-hopping process. The specific use of HBC586 provides a complex aromatic layer of mango, lychee, and guava, while Sabro introduces distinctive accents of creamy coconut and tropical stone fruit. Visually, the beer is characteristically opaque with a soft, straw-colored glow. The palate is defined by a plush, smooth mouthfeel that carries waves of citrus and pineapple over a neutral, grainy malt base. Bitterness remains restrained and supple, leading to a juicy, off-dry finish that emphasizes the lush hop fruitiness without any harshness.

Appearance. 4-6 SRM. Opaque straw to light gold with a luminous haze. Topped by a dense, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and significant lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Explosive tropical fruit notes of mango, guava, and lychee from the HBC586 hops, complemented by Sabro’s signature coconut and tangerine. Background malt is clean and lightly bready; no caramel or toast present.

Taste. High fruity hop flavor featuring pineapple, stone fruit, and a creamy coconut character. Malt flavor is low and bready, providing a soft foundation. Bitterness is low to medium-low and well-integrated, resulting in a smooth, juicy balance. The finish is clean and fruity with no hop-derived harshness.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a soft, silky texture and a smooth mouthfeel. Moderate carbonation. Alcohol presence provides a very light, well-integrated warmth without any astringency or burn.
