This Hazy IPA showcases the distinct, sophisticated character of the Nelson Sauvin hop (specifically Lot QM15), delivering an aromatic explosion of crushed white wine grapes and gooseberry. Complementing this is the bright, citrusy punch of Citra, layering in notes of lime zest and sweet mango. The malt profile remains subtle and bready, providing a soft foundation that allows the hops to take center stage. Appearance. Straw to light orange (4–6 SRM) with a deep, opaque haze that creates a luminous shine. A dense, rocky, meringue-like white head persists with excellent retention and thick lacing.
