This Hazy IPA provides a saturated sensory experience led by a heavy dry-hopping of Citra, Peacharine, Riwaka, and Nelson Sauvin. The profile is an intense fusion of tropical passionfruit and crushed gooseberry, layered over soft peach and zesty lime. A neutral, bready malt backbone allows these complex hop oils to take center stage without adding heavy caramel or toast. On the palate, the hop-forward character transitions into juicy mango and white grape, supported by a soft, pillowy texture. Finishing with a restrained, smooth bitterness, it remains highly drinkable while delivering a massive, fruit-focused depth typical of modern craft examples.
Appearance. Straw to light golden-orange (4-6 SRM); opaque with a distinct hazy shine but no particulates. Features a dense, meringue-like white head with high retention and thick lacing.
Aroma. High intensity hop aroma featuring notes of passionfruit, white grape, and fuzzy peach. Subtle citrus zest and a clean, grainy, bready malt background. Neutral fermentation profile with no diacetyl or harsh alcohol.
Taste. High hop flavor of mango, gooseberry, and stone fruit. Low to medium-low bready malt sweetness. Bitterness is moderate but perceived as soft and smooth, never harsh or grassy. The finish is off-dry and clean with a lingering juicy fruit aftertaste.
Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, pillowy, and smooth texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light alcohol warmth is well-integrated; no astringency or raw starch character.
