This Triple IPA delivers an intense sensory experience driven by an aggressive Double Dry Hop addition. The aromatic profile is dominated by the bright lime zest of Motueka and the sophisticated white grape and gooseberry notes characteristic of Nelson Sauvin. These are layered over creamy coconut and tropical fruit nuances contributed by Sabro. Despite the 10% ABV, the malt character remains clean and supportive, ensuring the hop complexity is the focus. It exemplifies the modern Double IPA style, balancing significant strength with a surprisingly dry finish and a sharp, lingering bitterness that emphasizes its hop-forward intent.

Appearance. Deep gold to light orange with a slight haze from intensive dry-hopping. Features a moderate-sized, persistent white head with excellent lacing.

Aroma. Intensity is high, featuring a complex blend of lime, crushed white grapes, and gooseberry. Secondary notes of coconut, pineapple, and tangerine are prominent. Malt is low and neutral, with a clean fermentation profile and a subtle, smooth alcohol presence.

Taste. Strong and complex hop flavors of citrus, tropical fruit, and vinous grape. Bitterness is firm and high, yet remains smooth and lacks harshness. The malt provides a light, soft bready character that supports the hops without adding sweetness. Finishes dry with a clean, lingering hoppy bitterness.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a smooth, velvety texture. Carbonation is moderate-high. A noticeable but well-integrated alcohol warmth is present, with no harsh hop astringency.
