This Hazy IPA pours with a lush, opaque glow, inviting the senses into a vibrant orchard of modern hop character. The aromatic profile is led by the bright lime and citrus zest of Motueka and Triumph, seamlessly layering into the distinct tropical pineapple notes of Bru-1. A signature creamy coconut whisper from Sabro adds a unique complexity, supported by a soft, bready malt backbone. On the palate, the experience is velvety and juice-like, offering a low-bitterness wave of stone fruit and tropical punch that lingers with an off-dry, pillowy finish. It is a masterful display of hop-forward softness and aromatic intensity.

Appearance. Color is deep straw to light orange (4-6 SRM). Opaque, hazy appearance with a brilliant shine. Thick, rocky, meringue-like white head with excellent retention and persistent lacing.

Aroma. High intensity. Dominated by tropical and citrus hop notes: fresh-cut pineapple, lime zest, and a subtle, sweet coconut cream. Secondary notes of peach and soft apricot. The malt is clean and lightly bready, providing a neutral canvas for the hops without caramel or toast.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavor featuring pineapple, lime, and stone fruit. Bitterness is low to medium-low, perceived as soft rather than sharp. The malt adds a gentle grainy sweetness that supports the juicy hop character. The finish is off-dry and smooth, with a clean fermentation profile and no harsh hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and velvety texture. Moderate carbonation. Very smooth with no astringency or harshness. Minimal alcohol warmth that is well-integrated.
