Funny Noise Machine is a vibrant Wild Specialty Beer that balances tropical intensity with earthy depth. The primary sensory driver is the lush pink guava, offering notes of melon and pear, which is sharpened by the zesty, floral aromatics of lime peel. A unique earthy backbone is provided by beetroot, grounding the beer’s bright acidity and providing a rustic counterpoint to the fruit. Despite its sessionable strength, the wild fermentation introduces a subtle funk and a crisp, lactic tartness.
