This Wild Specialty Beer presents a striking, deeply pigmented profile driven by the inclusion of Aronia, Figs, and Pistachio. A session-strength sour, it balances sharp lactic acidity with the earthy, jammy depth of dark figs and the tannic, berry-like snap of aronia berries. Appearance. Deep reddish-purple to magenta hue (SRM 25+). The head is light pink with moderate to low retention. Appearance is hazy to nearly opaque due to the high volume of fruit and nut additions.

Aroma. Moderate to high intensity featuring sharp aronia berry tartness and earthy, dried-fruit notes from figs. A subtle, savory nuttiness from the pistachio is present. Light wild fermentation character suggests leather and hay, while malt remains a background note of raw grain.

Taste. Initial impression is sharply acidic and dry. Prominent flavors of tart aronia berries and jammy fig skin lead the profile.
