This Imperial Stout presents an indulgent sensory journey, defined by its high-gravity composition and bold additions of coconut and cinnamon. An initial wave of toasted coconut provides a creamy, tropical sweetness that softens the intense, roasty backbone of bittersweet chocolate and espresso. The cinnamon emerges as a warming, spicy counterpoint, weaving through layers of dark fruit and molasses. At 11% ABV, the beer exhibits a sophisticated warmth that integrates seamlessly with its viscous, chewy texture. Appearance. SRM 40+; jet black and completely opaque. It supports a dense, dark tan head with moderate retention. High viscosity is evident through thick legs on the glass and an oily sheen from the coconut additions.

Aroma. High intensity with a rich blend of toasted coconut and spicy cinnamon. Beneath the adjuncts lies a complex base of bittersweet chocolate, espresso, and black licorice, complemented by subtle dark fruit esters of prune and plum.

Taste. Initial impression is decadently sweet, featuring nutty coconut and a sharp, spicy cinnamon snap. The mid-palate reveals deep layers of dark chocolate, burnt grain, and molasses. Bitterness is moderate, providing enough structure to balance the residual sugars and spice. The finish is lingering and warm with cocoa and spice notes.
