This assertive Double IPA delivers an intense sensory experience driven by a New World hop trio of Peacharine, Rakau, and Enigma. At 8% ABV, the profile leads with a punchy aroma of ripe nectarine, apricot, and crushed red currants. The palate follows suit, layering saturated stone fruit and tropical lime over a lean, neutral malt base that keeps the focus entirely on the hops. A firm, clean bitterness provides structure without being harsh, leading into a dry, lingering finish. Smooth and dangerously drinkable, it balances high-octane hop oils with a subtle, well-integrated alcohol warmth and a crisp, clean mouthfeel.

Appearance. Gold to light orange-copper (7-10 SRM). Features a moderate-sized, persistent, off-white head with fine lacing. Clarity is mostly clear, though a light haze is present due to heavy dry-hopping.

Aroma. High to intense hop aroma featuring prominent nectarine and peach from Peacharine and Rakau, complemented by Enigma's red currant and tropical melon notes. Malt is low and neutral, providing a clean, grainy-sweet background. Low fruity esters; alcohol is present but soft and clean.

Taste. Strong, complex hop flavors of apricot, passionfruit, and raspberry. Malt character is low and soft, offering just enough support to balance the high bitterness without adding sweetness. The bitterness is firm and clean, lacking harshness. Finishes dry with a long, lingering hop-derived fruitiness and resin.

Mouthfeel. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture from hop resins. Carbonation is moderate-high. Features a restrained, smooth alcohol warmth and no hop-derived astringency.
