This Hazy IPA offers a lush, saturated sensory experience driven by a complex blend of Citra, Enigma, Eclipse, and Sabro hops. It pours a luminous, opaque pale gold with a thick, meringue-like head. The nose is an explosion of tropical fruit, specifically ripe mango and pineapple, accented by the distinctive coconut and stone fruit nuances of Sabro and the red-currant depth of Enigma. On the palate, a soft, pillowy body delivers waves of citrus and mandarin from the Eclipse hops, balanced by a subtle, bready malt backbone and a restrained, smooth bitterness. The finish is juicy and off-dry, lingering with a persistent tropical essence.

Appearance. Straw to light orange (SRM 4–6). Highly hazy, nearly opaque with a bright shine. Features a medium, rocky, meringue-like white head with high retention and sticky lacing.

Aroma. High intensity hop-forward bouquet. Dominant notes of mango, pineapple, and tangerine (Citra/Eclipse) are layered over unique hints of coconut (Sabro) and subtle berry (Enigma). Low, bready malt in the background; clean fermentation with supportive fruity esters.

Taste. Massive fruity hop flavors of mandarin, pineapple, and tropical stone fruit. Low bready malt flavor provides a neutral foundation. Bitterness is low to moderate and exceptionally smooth, never sharp. The balance is decidedly hop-focused with a soft, juicy, and off-dry finish that avoids any harsh hop burn.

Mouthfeel. Medium-full body with a soft, silky, and pillowy texture. Moderate carbonation. Very light, well-integrated alcohol warmth. Devoid of astringency or raw starchiness.
