Appearance. Brilliant clarity with a bright golden hue (approx. 3-4 SRM). Topped by a white, frothy head with moderate retention and light lacing.
Aroma. Low intensity overall. A subtle grainy-sweet malt presence is complemented by restrained esters of light stone fruit and a faint, whisper-thin floral hop character. Clean fermentation profile with no diacetyl.
Taste. Initial impression is neutral and crisp. Very low grainy malt flavor leads to a balanced, lightly sweet middle. Bitterness is low, providing just enough structure to keep the finish dry and quench thirst. Hop flavor is very low with a generic floral quality. Aftertaste is short and exceptionally clean.
Mouthfeel. Light body with a prickly, high carbonation level. No alcohol warmth is perceived at 4.4% ABV. Refreshing with a slight carbonic bite and no lingering astringency or creaminess.
