This alcohol-free Munich Helles offers a refreshing sensory experience defined by a clean, grainy-sweet malt backbone. The classic German hop duo of Tettnanger and Hallertauer Mittelfrüher provides a delicate bouquet of light floral notes and dried herbs, harmonizing with the soft sweetness of continental malt. Despite its low alcohol content, it maintains a smooth, rounded palate typical of the style. The finish is clean and soft, leaning toward a gentle malt-driven dryness with restrained bitterness. It captures the essence of a traditional Bavarian lager with a bright, crisp profile that remains light and approachable throughout.
Appearance. Pale yellow to pale gold (3–5 SRM). Brilliant clarity with a persistent, creamy white head that leaves light lacing on the glass.
Aroma. Moderate intensity featuring grainy-sweet malt. Low to moderately-low spicy and floral hop notes from Tettnanger and herbal accents from Hallertauer Mittelfrüher. Very clean fermentation profile with no esters or phenols.
Taste. Initial impression is moderately malty with a suggestion of sweetness. Malt flavors are grainy-sweet and soft. Supported by a low to medium-low bitterness. Hop flavors of dried herbs and wildflowers are present but secondary to the malt. Finishes soft and dry, not biting, with a lingering clean malt character.
Mouthfeel. Medium-light body with moderate carbonation. Smooth, well-lagered character with no astringency and zero alcohol warmth.
