Bellwoods Brewery Brettal Head (2020-Present)

Brettal Head is a unique, intensely fruity style of foeder-aged dry-hopped pale ale.

Brett is used in primary fermentation, imparting soft and bright flavours. The beer then undergoes refermentation in oak, creating new layers of complex character, light acidity, lasting hop aromatics, and expressive fruit flavour.

A hugely aromatic, fruity style that balances acidity with notes of mango, apricot, and pineapple. Subtly earthy and spritely.
