A DIPA takes it up a notch.This DIPA features a brand new hop from the Hopsteiner Breeding Program, named Erebus, after the Greek "primordial deity of darkness and son of Chaos".According to Hopsteiner, this aroma hop is a "bold disruptor to the world of hops", and according to our brewers (and beer-tasters), has notes of grape Jolly Ranchers, watermelon, and honey cake.
